Price: £1500 +VAT with option for 3 interest free payments (3 x £500 + VAT)

This course is delivered via a live Zoom/Teams meeting setting.

** Attendance via Zoom/Teams requires:

  • A stable internet connection

  • Your camera turned on at all times

  • A quiet room without any distractions ie no noisy animals, children or work disruptions

  • Full participation with the group.

By confirming a course booking with SafetyNow Training Ltd, delivered in association with Woodwards HSE Centre 179, you agree to abide by these Booking Conditions

Provisional Bookings

Provisional Bookings can be made by phone or email but will expire within 15 working days unless a booking confirmation has been received.

Booking Confirmation

For a delegate to confirm his or her place on a course, a SafetyNow Training Ltd booking form should be completed (or any other form of acceptable written confirmation) and sent to SafetyNow Training (by post or e-mail). If you have multiple delegates please complete a separate booking form for each one. Joining instructions will be sent to confirmed delegates the week before the course starts.

Payment of Fees

The course fee is £1,500 plus VAT.

A completed SafetyNow Training Ltd booking form must be sent to SafetyNow Training Ltd together with payment or, if you are booking as a company, a valid purchase order number.

Your place on the course is confirmed once we have received one of the following:

1. full payment of £1,500 plus VAT; or

2. the first of three instalments of £500 plus VAT; or

3. a company purchase order number.

If you are eligible for ELCAS funding, please tick the relevant box on the booking form, and we will contact you to arrange this.

Payment is due on invoice and may be made by BACS or by credit or debit card. Please follow the payment instructions shown on your invoice.

Where you have chosen to pay by instalments, your place is secured by the first instalment and the remaining instalments fall due on the dates shown on your invoice. The full course fee does not need to be paid before the course begins.

Certificates will be issued only once the full course fee has been paid. Where any part of the fee remains outstanding, certificates will be withheld until payment is received in full.

Dress Code

SafetyNow Training Ltd training courses have a smart casual dress code for delegates.

Delegate Behaviour

Delegates are expected to behave professionally at all times during the course SafetyNow Training Ltd may remove a delegate from a course (without refund of fees) if the delegate is behaving unreasonably, or in a disrespectful way towards the other delegates or towards any member of staff.

Cancellations

SafetyNow Training Ltd reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter the dates of provision of a course and/or the venue of the course.

In the event of cancellation by the delegate the following fees will be payable:

Notice given prior to course commencement:

  • more than 28 calendar days: £200 cancellation fee

  • 14 to 28 calendar days: 50% of course fee charged

  • less than 14 calendar days: 100% of course fee charged

Telephone cancellations can be accepted but must be confirmed immediately in writing [by post or e-mail]. Please note that a deposit paid to confirm a booking is always non-refundable.

Substitutions & Transfers

Delegate substitutions may be made prior to the start of the course without penalty, providing SafetyNow Training Ltd is informed in writing. A fee may be payable in this circumstance to cover any examination fees incurred by SafetyNow Training Ltd. It is the clients’ responsibility, having referred to the relevant course information, to ensure the course is suitable for the delegates.

There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date and/or venue provided you notify the SafetyNow Training Ltd in writing 14 working days before the start of the course and there is availability. A transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if notice is received less than 14 working days of the start date of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer per delegate booking will be allowed.

Transfer requests received once a course has commenced are not acceptable and will be considered to be a cancellation and will be subject the terms and conditions above regarding cancellations.
